Here I will show you how to capture a movie from the HR21-700
serie.
They say it is not possible, This is a way to do it and it work for me.

Hook the cables from the IN port up to the out ports on the TIVO.
In this case we use the G,R,B cable, this will go to the Y,R,W on the back of
the TIVO.
G=Y, R=R and B=W because I have a Slingbox on the G,R,B port.
The USB out will go to the USB on the PC.
After this you need to remove the commercials, I use VideoRedo.
